[Irssi-xmpp-dev] irssi-xmpp 0.20 plan

irssi-xmpp 0.20 is coming and I hope it will be released soon. But some
things need to be done before releasing it

TODO before 0.20:
- rejoin channels when reconnecting
- correctly display WHOIS and VER results
- homogenise parameters (name from the roster or jid) of commands QUERY,
  WHOIS, VER, ... (discussed as with davux: first try to resolve the
  parameter as a name from the roster, if failed assume it's a jid, then
  add the resource from the roster if needed but not specified)
- correctly deal with channel lists in commands NICK, JOIN, PART
  (example: "/JOIN room1@xxxxxxxxxx" to join
  room1 as nickX and room2 as nickY)
- improve completions
- fix petteri's bug: sometimes (everytimes?) he doesn't see join
  messages on rooms (i'm not able to reproduce this bug but it's a
  serious one)
- rework documentation

TODO after 0.20:
- add channel adminstration commands
- ... ?
