These scripts automatically mount all the partitions of a disk device
you just attached (in the /mnt directory, e.g., /mnt/sd1i), using the
hotplugd(8) daemon (the OpenBSD's devices hot plugging monitor daemon).

The user currently running Xorg will be the owner of the files, or if
nobody is running it the owner will be root.

To use it - put these files in the /etc/hotplug directory and enable
hotplugd at computer startup:
